This really goes to show that no matter how long ago you did something perhaps a little odd on camera, it isn’t safe from today’s jokesters. Even if it was in 1993. And you’re Jeff Goldblum.
Avclub.com has just released an article highlighting a strange and brilliant remix of Goldblum’s laugh from the original Jurassic Park movie. Created by Soundcloud user FLIPSH0T, the track is 3 minutes of trippy break-beat chortling that wouldn’t be out of place in any club. Check it out for yourself:
Okay, the title of this blog entry doesn’t make any sense I know. But it’s late and me sleepy!
But before I sleep, I just have to make one philosophical point…something I learned tonight…at Jurassic Park.
Okay, I had been thinking pretty seriously about taking Dylan’s course that he enrolled me in. Really, it would be fun and interesting to do a little schoolin’…especially if he’s buyin’…but I’m getting little pangs of “alert! alert!” in my heart and little shivers up my spine when I think about actually going through with it.
It just feels…wrong. Like going against nature. Something in my body is warning me that if I take this path, I’m gonna open up a door with myself (and with Dylan too) that I don’t really want to walk through. It doesn’t feel right. Like when John Hammond says that they’ve been cloning dinosaurs…you know nature always finds a way. You can’t fight it.
Does this make any sense? Probably not? Is it 2am? Yes it is.
