I’ve got a nice warm feeling going on inside right now. And no, I have not consumed vodka in the last 24 hours.
Warhorse with Mother was really good! But the BEST part about it was – it really cheered her up. Losing herself in the theatre (uh, figuratively) for a bit really helped.
She even told me herself she appreciated me being so supportive, and coming from someone who can be VERY critical of…everything…well, that makes it feel good.
